Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will gladly replace the item or offer a solution.

Because scent preferences are personal, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance selection.
